Returning an Order

Making a return is easy through your Fisher Scientific web account. Read our Cancellation and Returns Policy to find out if the product you ordered can be returned.

1. To start a return, sign in to your web account and select 'Returns' from the 'My Account' dropdown in the blue bar at the top of the site.
2. Click select for the order you want to return.
3. Enter the quantity for the item you want to return​ and select an option from the 'Reason to Return' dropdown. Click 'Continue'.
4. Review product and order details​, agree with the Fisher Scientific Return Policy, and click the 'Submit' button.
5. If your return is accepted, you’ll see a confirmation message and receive return instructions by email. If more information is needed, you’ll see a message indicating that customer service will be in touch by phone or email.
