Our Response to the COVID-19 Outbreak
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your support and patience as the number of cases and countries impacted by COVID-19 grows daily. We continue to monitor our supply chains and work with our supplier partners to increase our inventories of critical products where possible so we can meet our customer commitments.
Due to the increasingly high demand for personal protective equipment (PPE), hand sanitizer and disinfectants, our inventories are limited. We are prioritizing orders for those customers directly involved in containing the spread of COVID-19. This includes government, high-volume patient testing sites, first responders, healthcare customers and workers supporting patient testing and vaccine development.
Our core PPE and specimen collection suppliers are providing daily updates and doing everything possible to support us. We are also working with an expanded group of suppliers globally to increase our inventories. Many governments have restricted the export of these critical products. We are validating alternative sources of supply and expediting freight modes wherever possible, but the recovery will be slow.
We realize you need information. Our teams are doing everything possible to manage the significant volume of customer inquiries. We ask for your understanding as we do our best to answer questions.
