Need a quote? Our new “Get a quote” functionality allows you to quickly and easily request a quote directly from your basket.
You’ll first need to have a business account and then create a Fisher Scientific web account using your business account reference number. Learn how to apply for a business account.
Once logged in, clicking on “Get a quote” in your basket offers you the choice between “Instant Quote” or “Custom Quote”.
An “Instant Quote” locks the price displayed in your basket for a determined period and includes any existing discount you may receive. Instant quotes are immediate and can be accessed and redeemed through the Quotes Dashboard.
A “Custom Quote” is a pricing review based on high-value or high-volume purchases. This process can take 1-2 days and requires a member of our team to review your request. You will be notified by email when your custom quote is ready, which can then be accessed and redeemed through the Quotes Dashboard.
Log in and visit your Quotes Dashboard to view and redeem this quotation online. You will need to be logged in using the account number shown on the quotation to benefit from this option.

Who is eligible to use the Instant Quote feature?
Anyone with a business account can access our Instant Quote feature. If you are signed in and cannot see the option in the cart, please contact web support
What pricing will be used to create the Instant Quote?
The Instant Quote will reflect the current discounts agreed for the account you selected. Products added from existing quotes will update to also reflect the quoted price.
Prices will remain valid until the Instant Quote expires except for additional charges associated with the order. Price updates will be reflected in the basket and at checkout at the time of purchase.
Will shipping and handling or taxes be included on my Instant Quote?
Additional charges associated with your order will appear on your Instant Quote just as they did in the basket view. Estimated charges will be noted as such and recalculated in the cart during checkout.
Who has access to the Instant Quotes I've generated?
Anyone with a valid Fisher Scientific web profile that is linked to the business account that generated the Instant Quote can access that Instant Quote here and use it to place an order.
Are any products excluded?
Depending on the account, products you’re eligible to order will also qualify for the Instant Quote feature.
Please note that configurable Oligo and Assay products do not qualify.

What pricing will be used to create the Custom Quote?
Your request will be reviewed by a member of our team. If the quote request is for a high-value or high-volume purchase, we may be able to offer an additional discount to what is already available on your account.

Anyone with a valid Fisher Scientific web profile that is linked to the business account that generated the Custom Quote can access that Custom Quote here and use it to place an order.
Will adding Quote Adjustments impact the processing time?
When adding a Quote Adjustment to your request, please allow additional time for processing. A member of our team may contact you to clarify your request.
