Description
The Foodcare pH Electrode for Meat Products with BNC Connector uses low temperature (LT) glass and features a conical bulb, PVDF body, and open junction with viscolene gel electrolyte.
- Low Temperature Glass Tip: Lower resistance (∼50 megohms) than general purpose glass suitable for samples at 0 to 50°C
- Conical Glass Tip: Allows for penetration into solids, semi solids, and emulsions for direct measurement of pH in food products
- PVDF Body: Food grade plastic is chemically resistant, resistant to fungal growth and has high abrasion resistance, mechanical strength and resistance to radiation
- Open Double Junction Reference: Solid gel interface (viscolene) between the sample and internal reference prevents silver from entering the sample and makes it impermeable to clogging
- BNC Connector: Can be used on any pH meter that has the female BNC probe input
