1. Bridging the Gap: We are aware that not all users are familiar with or utilize the My List feature, despite its potential usefulness. According to a UX study conducted in August 2022, a staggering 77% of respondents expressed interest in having such a feature. To address this, we have leveraged the widespread usage of favorites across consumer sites and made the heart icon more visible throughout our platform. This strategic approach will help foster customer adoption and encourage users to take advantage of the enhanced Favorites feature.
2. Flexible Organization and Personalization: Our enhanced Favorites feature allows logged in users to organize their saved items into new or existing lists at their leisure. This flexibility enables you to tailor your favorites lists to match your shopping and purchasing preferences. Whether you prefer to categorize products by type, occasion, or any other criteria, you have full control over how you organize your favorites.
3. Access Anytime, Anywhere: Unlike the previous My List feature, our enhanced Favorites can be accessed by both logged in and guest users. You no longer need to worry about signing in or creating an account to view your saved items.
